Failed Payments
A payment may fail when Stripe is unable to successfully process your charge. When this happens, your subscription may be temporarily affected until the issue is resolved.
Common Reasons for Failed Payments
Payments can fail for several reasons, including:
Incorrect or expired card details
Insufficient funds in your account
Card restrictions on online or recurring payments
Bank or card issuer blocking the transaction
Temporary issues with the payment network
What Happens If a Payment Fails
If your payment fails:
Your subscription may not renew successfully
Access to paid features may be limited until payment is completed
You may receive an email notification about the failed payment
We recommend resolving the issue as soon as possible to avoid service interruption.
How to Fix a Failed Payment
Since updating payment methods is not currently supported, you can try the following:
Confirm that your card details and billing information are correct
Check with your bank to ensure the payment is not being blocked
Make sure your card supports online and recurring payments
If the issue continues, you may need to cancel your subscription and subscribe again using a different payment method.
