Billing Cycle and Renewals
Your subscription is billed on a recurring basis depending on the plan and billing option you choose. Understanding how billing cycles and renewals work helps you avoid unexpected charges.
Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule:
Monthly plans are billed once every month
Yearly plans are billed once every year
Your billing cycle starts on the date you successfully subscribe to a paid plan.
Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. This ensures uninterrupted access to paid features and services.
The renewal charge is processed using the payment method saved at checkout through Stripe.
Renewal Charges
When your subscription renews:
You are charged the full plan amount for the next billing period
The renewal date matches your original subscription start date
Pricing remains the same unless you are notified of a change in advance
Renewal payments are non refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.
Canceling Before Renewal
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel before the next billing date. Once canceled:
You will not be charged again
You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle
No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time.
Renewal Issues
If a renewal payment fails, your subscription may be temporarily interrupted. Please refer to the Failed Payments section for steps on how to resolve renewal related payment issues.
