Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time if you no longer wish to continue using a paid plan. Canceling stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your account
Go to Account Settings
Open the Billing section
Select Cancel Subscription and confirm
Once canceled, your subscription will not renew.
What Happens After You Cancel
After canceling:
You will keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle
No further charges will be made
Your account will automatically move to the free plan once the billing period ends
Unused time is not refunded.
Canceling Close to Renewal
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, make sure you cancel before your renewal date. Cancellations made after a renewal charge has been processed will take effect for the following cycle.
