Invoices and Receipts
Invoices and receipts help you keep track of your subscription payments. You can use them for personal records, accounting, or reimbursement purposes.
Accessing Your Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically for every successful payment. After a payment is completed, a receipt is sent to your registered email address.
At the moment, invoices are not available for direct download from the dashboard.
What Your Invoice Includes
Each invoice or receipt typically includes:
Your subscription plan
Payment amount and currency
Date of payment
Invoice or transaction reference
Payment status
All invoices are issued through Stripe.
Missing an Invoice or Receipt
If you did not receive a receipt after a successful payment:
Check your email spam or promotions folder
Make sure your account email address is correct
If you still cannot find it, contact our support team and we will help you retrieve it.
