Resetting Your Password

If you signed up using email and forgot your password, you can reset it at any time. Password resets are not required for accounts created using Google login.

How to Reset Your Password

To reset your password:

Go to the login page
Click Forgot Password
Enter your registered email address
Check your email for the password reset link
Follow the instructions to create a new password

Once your password is reset, you can log in using your new credentials.

Password Reset Email Not Received

If you do not see the reset email:

Check your spam or promotions folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes, as delivery can take a short time

If the email still does not arrive, contact our support team for help.

Google Login Users

If you created your account using Google, you do not have a password with us. To access your account, log in using Continue with Google.
